‘Presents from my Aunts in Pakistan’ by Moniza Alvi and ‘Hurricane Hits England’ by Grace Nichols explore the issues of identity and, in particular, the challenges which arise when born in one country and living in another. The questions raised by the poets are thought-provoking and engaging to today’s teenagers.
